From the random grid of ideas i was given, from this I completed a random and quick idea and plan.

The setting of - a light house
The situation of - a wedding
The character of - a swarm of bees

The Object of- A silver door 

 Potential Casting

 For my casting of this random selection ideas, i would want a young couple who are about to get married. I would want the couple to almost be seen as "different" not the sterotypical idea of a wedding. id want the couple to almost be isolated from the rest of the environment they are in.

 Potential Costume

 women - a yellow wedding dress, slim fitting, with bright flowers (which are attracting the swarm of bees), flowers in her hair. (yellow, white, pink and green colours)
man - a yellow suit, large flower in his top pocket, odd socks, bright green shoes.
both - wearing some form of a bee item of jewellery. Necklace, hair pin, badge ect.
Plot

 Idea of an outcast wedding, the wedding taking place on an isolated lighthouse on the top of a hill near the see, the guests walk through a silver door to join the wedding. The wedding is not a typical wedding - going against society /rebel. The wedding food has bees all around it.
Set in the past - 1970s

Why are there short films? A short film is any motion picture not long enough to be considered a feature film. Film studies evaluation It’s A Long Goodbye is a short film which shows the effect of the dementia in the perspective of a loved one who has lost her husband. My film is based around the idea of flowers being prearranged to be sent to a lady on certain dates. The flowers are sent from a loved one who is seemingly not to be around anymore. As my short film progresses it becomes clear that the loved one is still alive but in a care home, hinting that some aspects of the loved one has become to fade. My film includes a poem about Alzheimer’s and voice clips of both my actors. I wanted my film to show dementia in a different light, with happiness around the idea of the flowers being pre-arranged. Throughout the planning, recording and editing of my film I was inspired by different elements of film form which helped me create a successful outcome.
